Individual Client Liaison
Other collection agencies generally assign your accounts to one collector or group of collectors according to rigidly designed software criteria and/or what is most profitable for the agency. At APS it is your individual client liaison with our company who will personally assign your claims to the best collection professional according to the skill level (by industry, type of A/R –goods and/or services- and balance) necessary to maximize collection efficiency.

We give every claim individual and personalized attention whether your collection portfolio is Ten Thousand or Ten Million.
Guaranteed Higher Netback
APS guarantees to provide your company with a higher netback than any other agency.  We do not charge a higher rate based on the age of the receivable or the location of the debtor. You get the same rate for international and domestic collections.
Detailed Monthly Reporting
You will receive both written and verbal monthly status reports on all accounts and monthly remittances on the first business day of each month.
Best Trained & Best Paid Collection Professionals
Many agencies keep their costs down by hiring the lowest level personnel and paying minimal salaries and limited or no commissions. APS pays the highest salaries and commissions in the industry to the best trained and most experienced collection professionals. Our people are highly incentivized to increase collection efficiency and still provide full coverage of inventory.
No ‘Creaming’ & Full Coverage Guaranteed
We will never 'cream' your accounts. Experienced buyers of collection services know what happens at agencies trying to maximize their profits at the expense of their clients. They can succeed despite a high rate of client attrition because there is always a new customer, unsophisticated in best collection practices, to replace the dissatisfied customers they lose.

APS will never do that- we have less than one percent annual client attrition. Once we get a client we do not lose them. The level of customer service and higher netback we provide our clients keeps them as our clients forever.
Open-end Free Demands
APS supplies Open-End Free Demand notices to their clients. These forms are controlled by your office and are not limited to the outdated 10-day demand period. We realize that you know your industry and client-base better than anyone else, so we let you decide how long you wish to allow them to respond up to thirty (30) days. There is absolutely no charge for payments realized during the time specified by your firm on our Free Demand documents.
